A message from the House of Delegates, by the Clerk, announced that the House had receded from its first amendment to
Senate Bill No. 4, "A Bill for the appointment of a Quartermaster General, and prescribing, in part, his duties."
Mr. Bechtol was granted leave of absence for a few days.
On motion of Mr. Farnsworth, the Senate adjourned.
