Meeting in Moundsville.

Moundsville, W. Va., Sept. 24
Pursuant to notice, a meeting of the unconditional Union voters of the Court House precinct of Marshall county was held this evening, at the Court House, for the purpose of appointing delegates to represent said precinct in the Congressional Convention to be held in Moundsville on the 30th inst.
Messrs. Wm. Alexander, Geo. Edwards, S. T. Armstrong, N. K. Shattuck, E. Conner and S. Dorsey, Jr. were elected to constitute the delegation, with Messrs. S. Jones, J. S. Riggs, H. Criswell, W. Blake, J. H. Sheets and B. B. Hunter as alternates.
It was agreed that the same delegation represent us in the District Senatorial Convention, in the event of it being held on the 30th.
It was further agreed to furnish a copy of these proceedings to the Wheeling Intelligencer and Fairmont National for publication. The meeting then adjourned.
