Meeting At Ritchietown - Speeches of Gen. Willich and Prof. Bayne. - There was a very large and spirited meeting at Ritchietown last evening. Gen. Willich addressed the people in German, and Prof. Bayne delivered an address in English. Our German friends assure us that the speech of Gen. Willich was a most earnest, eloquent and effective one. He was loudly applauded during his remarks and the German portion of the assemblage were highly pleased.

The speech of Professor Bayne was a masterly effort. He hates the Copperhead party worse than he does the Father of Sin, and he told the people plainly the whole truth, and nothing but the truth in regard to their principles and practice.

Gen. Heintzleman was present, and in response to a general call, spoke a few words of encouragement to the Union men. He complimented the friends of the Union upon their splendid success last Thursday, and advised them to go to work and, if possible do better on the 8th.

The 4th Ward Glee Club and the Ritchietown Band were present, and favored the people with some excellent and appropriate music.

We are happy to announce that General Willich and Professor Bayne will address the people at the Court House this evening. We hope the friends of Union will turn out from all parts of the city, and we assure them that they will be richly rewarded.
