Chap. 5 - An Act to pay State Scouts.
Passed January 27, 1865.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
There is hereby appropriated out of the state treasury eighty-six thousand dollars, to be placed at the disposal of the governor, for the payment of state scouts.
