Mr. John Ziegler,
Dear Sir,
Some of the friends of George Shocky requested me to send you a few lines knowing that I was the of (ficer) of the board for to let you (k)now how Shocky voted. Here (I) certify that there was no disunion votes cast at my precinct. I never he(a)rd Shocky express himself but from his vote I supposed that he was all right from the best information I can get he is.
