your most obedient I send you the amount of claims against my old State Company not having the proper [unreadable text] being unable to get the [unreadable text] there are made of in the form as you may se [sic] the include all the expence [sic] with the exceptions of some few people who are not very loyeal [sic] I send one bill of expence [sic] it is mostly contracted in 61 & 62 which they hold me responsable [sic] for I thought that I would ov [sic] been back at wheeling before this time iff [sic] there is any luck about these papers that is in form say where [unreadable text] I have the honor to be your ob servt [sic]
