I Hiram Jennings Major of 180 Regiment of Virginia Militia do herby [sic] sertify [sic] that I superintended [sic] an election for Col & Luten [sic] Col of the 180th Reg and do herby [sic] sertify [sic] that Floyad [sic] Neely was duly elected Col & John Stivessing was elected Lutenant [sic] Col & I H Bee was elected Capt ain & E S Neely was duly elected 1st Lieutenant
Please forward those comissions as early as possible [sic]
