I Beg purmition to inform youre Excelency that I was present yesterday where MP Wyatt Justice for Cabin Creek Township administed the oaths Required by [?][?] Richmond and his men. For the organization of a co of state troops.

They are wanting the amunitions of ware would it meet youre approbation If I deliver to him the guns, cartridges, and the accutriments now in my care. Pleas inform me and I will make a Bill of each Article so as to settle with the Government this will save shiping youre Excelency will recollect that I have in my hand $130.00 from the sale of two captured horses and that there is pay due to some of the Co that did not volunteer in the U.S. Service could I settle at any time that I could go to Wheeling

I take the liberty to inform youre Excelency that on the 23 of this [?] the good people of Logan County held and election at the Island of Guyan Rio and filled the several offices and elected a delegate to the legislature of Va
