ED REYNOLDS, questions by Mr. OSENTON
Q. You are the same witness that testified a few days ago?
A. Yes sir.
Q. While you were in charge of you army at Marmet, in Logan county I will ask you whether or not you gave any orders for financial aid or help or for me?
A. Yes sir.
Q. I hand you an order that purports to be signed by you and will ask you if you wrote that order?
A. Yes sir.
Q. I see the name W. S. Holt signed there, who signed that name.
A. He gave no authority to sign himself.
Q. You signed his name and your own?
A. Yes sir.
Q. And wrote the order?
A. Yes sir.
Q. Do you know W. H. Mitchell?
A. No sir, I couldn't identify him, because I just seen the man one time when I gave the order.
Q. Can you give the jury any idea of the number of orders you wrote during that time, like orders?
A. I couldn't give them the exact number. I can give near about it.
Q. Give them some idea?
A. Near about 250, maybe

Q. I understand you to say you wrote this order?
A. Yes sir.
Q. First put down (handing witness paper and pencil) write on that piece of paper, put down $110. Now write the words, on one of those lines, write the word "Please." Then "give" right after that, "to W. H. Mitchell all financial help possible, and send us some men." Now sign your name. Now sign the name of - right under your name - "W. S. Holt." Now write the word "Chairman" right after the word "Holt."
