Jennings Randolph

Jennings Randolph served West Virginia in the United States House of Representatives from 1933 to 1947 and in the United States Senate from 1958 to 1985. His political legacy includes legislation that lowered the voting age to eighteen, provided job opportunities for the disabled, and secured funding for the expansion of the interstate highway system in West Virginia.
