Fight at Beverly.:On Tuesday last Col. Moss, who commands the post of Beverly, sent out one company of the Virginia Second Regiment and a company of Ohio boys on a scouting expedition.:During the day the companies were fired upon by a much larger force of rebels. Two men were killed and two wounded. Our men returned the fire without any known effect, and then retreated, leaving one of the wounded men at the house of a Union man.
