Exciting News from Braxton County.:A telegraphic despatch was received in the city last evening, announcing that the rebels have commenced committing depredations in Braxton county again. A man was killed near Bull Town on Saturday night, and the telegraph wires were cut in several places near that place and Sutton. A party of guerrillas were committing all sorts of depredations, and military aid is much desired.

Brig. Gen. J. D. Cox, Charleston:
Thirty or forty bushwhackers destroyed the wires at Bulltown yesterday and killed a courier. Order a detachment from Sutton to that place; arrest all persons in or about Sutton or Bulltown suspected of aiding the bushwhackers in any way and send them to Wheeling.
Have all letters in the post-offices at Sutton and Bulltown examined for proofs of participation.
