Gen. Kelley after the Guerrillas.:Brig. Gen. B. F. Kelley arrived in Parkersburg on Saturday night, with two or three hundred men, including the Ringgold Cavalry, on his way to Calhoun, Wirt and adjoining counties, in pursuit of the guerrillas, who have recently been committing depredations in that section of country. The General was serenaded by the citizens of Parkersburg, but declined to speak, in consequence of being much fatigued by his journey from his headquarters at Cumberland. He left with his little command on horseback, Sunday morning. The General has sent out companies from different points, and we presume he designs making a regular circular hunt, as the rebels appear to have dispersed and concealed themselves in the woods.
