New State Meetings at Grafton.
March 16, 1863
There will be New State meetings at Grafton on the 19th and 21st inst., at which will be liberally discussed the merits and advantages of the New State question by W. T. Willey, Wm. G. Brown, Saml Crane and others. The questions involved deeply interest us all in a social, moral and pecuniary point of view. Let there be a general outpouring of our people, Come one, come all to the rescue.
By order of Committee of Common sense and your interest.
