The Meeting at Bethany.
March 21, 1863
An excellent New State meeting was held at Bethany, on Thursday last. There was a good turn out and the spirit of the people was cordial and enthusiastic. Disloyalty is pretty much played out there now - having run its days and sunk below par. There will be a very respectable majority for the New State in the precinct on the 26th.
