The Military. - The 161st regiment of Ohio county militia came into the city early yesterday morning. They were accompanied by a company of State volunteers from West Liberty. The streets were thronged all day with these stalwart militiamen from the country. Part of them received their arms, and the rest will receive theirs to day. They were quartered last night in the Athenaeum, and made that old hulk ring with their noise and jollity.

The F[i]fth was out in the morning and made a very fine turn out.

About 250 men belonging to the 4th Regiment of militia embarked yesterday afternoon at the B. & O. R. R. depot, to join the regiment. These were stragglers who failed to come to time when the regiment went out. Little squads were busy yesterday and the day before hunting them up.
