The Parkersburg Convention.

Quite a number of delegates to the Parkersburg Convention left the wharf last evening, on the Ohio No. 3. There were a good number from differing counties, such as Monongalia, Marion, Preston, &c, &c., who had come in as refugees from the raid. They all held a meeting in the United States Court room at the Custom House yesterday, and appointed a committee to telegraph to Parkersburg and ascertain the situation there, with a view to adjourning the convention to this city in case circumstances might advise that course. Satisfactory news was sent back, and last evening some fifty delegates started down on the Ohio No. 3. We sent a reporter along who will furnish us full details.
