THE RAIDERS --- It was ascertained yesterday evening, by dispatches received at headquarters, that the raiders, from 600 to 800 strong, were at Middlebourne on Friday night and Saturday morning, and came this way some distance towards New Martinsville. The stole all the horses they could get, and then turned about and moved south towards Ellenboro. Col. Latham telegraphs that he thinks they are designing to escape through Greenbrier county.
