SATURDAY, July 25th, 1863.
The Senate met at the usual hour, and it appearing that a large number of the members of the Senate had volunteered for the defense of the Capitol, against the invasion of the rebel John Morgan, and that there was not a quorum present,
On motion, the Senate adjourned.
