In Town. - We had the pleasure yesterday morning of meeting Col. James H. Dayton, of the 4th Virginia Volunteer Infantry, who has been with his regiment at Vicksburg for several months. Colonel D. went into the 4th regiment as a Captain, but has by his gallantry and good conduct attained to the command of the regiment. We are indebted to the Colonel for a copy of the last rebel paper printed at Vicksburg the very day of its surrender. It is printed upon wall paper, and is a dull, dingy, spiritless thing called the Citizen.
