A Gang Of The K. G. C.'s Broken Up. - Yesterday morning six men, named Meshack Yoho, Jesse Parsons, Henry W. Parsons, Henry Mason, Eugene Kelley and James B. Montgomery, of Marshal county, were arrested by the Home Guards of that county, and brought to this city and confined in the Atheneum. They are charged with having formed an association somewhat similar to the Knights of the Golden Circle and were sworn to resist the draft. Capt. Thorpe intends to deliver the parties over to the Federal Court.

PAROLED. - The fifteen men who were recently arrested in Marshall county and brought to this city and confined in the Athenaeum on a charge of getting up on organization to resist the draft, were paroled yesterday and will now be allowed the privilege of the city. They are required to report to Capt. Thorp every morning at nine o'clock.
