Distinguished Arrivals. - Major General E. O. C. Ord and Brigadier Gen. Duffie, were in the city yesterday. Gen. Ord we understand supercedes Gen. McClernand, in the army of the Mississippi, and is now on his way to take command of his corps under Gen. Grant. Gen. Duffie is quite a young man and has recently distinguished himself on the Potomac. He is assigned to Gen. Kelley at Clarksburgh.
