Federal Court. - Yesterday morning in the Federal court, Judge John J. Jackson presiding, a man named James Conway, of Marian county, indicted for treason, was admitted to bail in the sum of $2,000.
The confiscation case of Gen. Isaac R. Trimble, was disposed of. Trimble is the man who distinguished himself in the great Baltimore riots, at the breaking out of the war. He is now a General in the rebel army. The Marshal seized, in February 1862, one hundred and sixty boxes of railroad fastenings in this city which belonged to Trimble. The property was condemned to sale for the benefit of the United States. Trimble is the patentee of the fastenings.
Indictments were found against Christopher Schwedes, for making false returns to the collector of Revenue, and against John Wherry for doing business without taking out liscence.
The business of the Court is somewhat retarded by the absence of many of the city attornies who are in attendance at the Brook[e] county Circu[i]t Court.
