MORE PRISONERS
February 11, 1864
High Private Robert Frew and two other soldiers of Co. I 1st West Virginia Infantry, arrived in the city yesterday having in charge three bushwhackers, arrested in other day near Moorefield. The bushwhackers belong to the gang of the late Mike Kane, who was quite a famous guerilla in the New Creek country. Mike was killed a few days ago by some of Col. Thoburn's command.
