More Prisoners. - Eleven prisoners from Pocahontas and Barbour counties, mostly bushwhackers found in arms, arrived yesterday and were committed to the Atheneum. They were arrested by the command of Col. Harris, of the 10th West Virginia Infantry. Among the number is one Paul McNeil, a citizen of Pocahontas county, who was a member of the Richmond convention which passed the ordinance of secession. Before the war he was an influential politician, and owned an immense amount of property in Pocahontas county.
