Another lot of refugees from the Valley arrived in the city yesterday en route for Ohio. In all eight hundred families have been shipped from the Valley at Government expense by order of Gen. Sheridan. The most of them belong to the Society of Dunkarths, and being opposed to taking up arms they have been terribly persecuted by the rebels. They are a hardy looking set of men who will be an important accession to any Northern community.
