Another negro regiment arrived in the city yesterday morning by the steamer Huntsman. They were formed upon the landing and marched to the Baltimore and Ohio railroad depot. Their appearance attracted a great deal of attention and much interest was manifested in their movements, negro soldiers being quite a rarity in this latitude.
