Arrest of a Bounty Jumper. - A man by the name of Fry, who enlisted as a substitute in a regiment of Pennsylvania Cavalry some time ago and received $800 was arrested at Benwood yesterday morning, brought to this city and committed to the Athaneum. He is said to be an old bounty jumper, and has been tracked a considerable distance by the detectives.
