Bounty Jumpers. - A bounty jumper, whose name we did not learn, was arrested at Bellair on Saturday, and committed to the Atheneum. There are quite a number of these enterprising gentlemen now running at large, and we are glad to learn that many of them are being gobbled up by the officers sent in pursuit.
