Meeting in Hancock County. - We would call attention to an announcement in our advertising columns, of a meeting to be held next Monday afternoon, in New Manchester, Hancock County, West Virginia. Quite a number of good speakers are expected to address it. It is expected to be the big meeting of the campaign in Hancock, and a grand rally of all the Union men of that county, and the upper part of Brooke, is cordially invited.
