The Supreme Court of Appeals met yesterday at the Court House, Judges Berkshire, Harrison and Brown, were present. Under the rules of the Court no case can be taken up for trial on the first day of the term, so after hearing a few preliminary motions the Court adjourned to meet this morning. The bar was well represented.
