FEDERAL COURT:RELEASE OF PHILIP HENRY MOORE:The Federal Court, Hon. John J. Jackson presiding, met yesterday at the Court House. The applicant for bail of Philip Henry Moore, who lately returned from the rebel army and who has been confined in the county jail for some days, was granted, and he was released upon a bond of $20,000. No other business of importance was transacted.
