THE PROGRESS OF ENLISTMENTS.:There was no falling off in the crowd about Capt. Stone's office yesterday. It was a noticeable fact that the most of those about the office yesterday were strangers, generally, we believe from the mountain counties. At this time no one entertains the slightest doubt of the ability of this county to fill its quota if the money can be raised. We learn that there is the same excitement in regard to enlistments at Grafton and all along the line of the railroad. In any of the counties no effort whatever is slug made to fill the quotas and those who are liable to draft are leaving and enlisting elsewhere.
