THE DRAFT.:The draft did not begin on the 15th in consequence of the incompleteness of the preparations. The following order has been received from Provoet-Marshal General Fry:
"All Boards of Enrollment not busily employed in examining and mustering recruits, are ordered to prepare at once to commence drafting. Report as soon as possible when ready so that the order for the draft many issue."
