THE Board of Directors for the Western Virginia Hospital for the Insane, situated at Weston, Lewis county, which has been in session in this city for the past two or three days, has decided to call upon the Legislature for an appropriation to place the hospital in a condition to receive patients. The Board is compsoed [sic] of the following gentlemen, viz.: Richard P. Camden and P. M. Hall of Lewis county; E. B. Hall, of Marion county; Dr. S. Patrick, of Kanawha county; Dr. E. A. Hildreth, of this city; D. D. T. Farnsworth, of Upshur county, and James McGrew, of Preston county.
