At Home:Lieut. Col. Holliday, formerly of this city, and now of the 15th West Virginia Infantry, is in the city. He has recently arrived from in front of Richmond, where his regiment has lately been serving under Butler, affectionately styled the Beast. Col. H. says that he does not regret the change which took his regiment from the Valley, for while serving there he was induced to suppose that that Department had no quartermasters. Now the men are supplied with everything they need and are doing well. He says the disopline [sic] in Butler's army is very strict.:Every man has to walk the chalk and perform his whole duty.
