PROGRESS OF RECRUITING.:Still recruits come in. Sometimes the men appear to be absolutely clamorous in their efforts to have themselves enrolled upon the lists of Uncle Sam's soldiers. On Saturday twenty-five men arrived from Doddridge county and were accredited to this county. They say that there are not four men left in their neighborhood liable to draft. They also say that the wealthy men of the county who are to do anything likely to relieve the people from the draft, so the loyal men united in a determination to leave and allow the rebs [sic]to get out of the draft the best was they could.
