Belle Boyd in Trouble.

--The LiverpoolCourier,February 4th, says:

"Confederate sympathizers, and, indeed, all who have a love for adventure and courage, will probably remember that a somewhat notable character--Miss Belle Boyd--was married a short time ago, in London, to a certain Lieutenant Harding. Almost immediately after the wedding, the husband returned to his duty in the Confederate States, and has since fallen into the hands of the Federal authorities, by whom he is detained a prisoner. The consequence is, that Mrs. Harding is now in London, almost in a state of destitution, all her supplies being cut off, and her own relations being dead. She has written a book, descriptive of her adventures in the Confederate service, but has received an intimation that her husband's life depends upon its suppression. Under these circumstances, an appeal is made to the public for sympathy and pecuniary assistance."
