The West Virginia Legislature adopted a joint resolution authorizing the governor to defend and protect the interests of the state in the lawsuit brought by the state of Maryland to the United States Supreme Court concerning the true boundary between Preston County in West Virginia and Garrett County in Maryland from the Fairfax Stone northward to the Pennsylvania state line. |
