Niagara Movement at Harpers Ferry

It is announced in the Baltimore Sun that the Niagara Movement, an organization composed of member of the negro race in the United States, will commemorate at Harpers Ferry, August 15 to 19, the hundredth anniversary of the birth of John Brown and the jubilee of the Battle of Ossawatomie, exercised to be held at Storer College and side trips to be made to Charles Town.
