CHAPT. 1. - An ACT for the relief of John Slack, Jr., Sheriff elect of Kanawha County.
Passed December 13, 1862.
1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly, That John Slack, jr., Sheriff elect of Kanawha county, be allowed until the twentieth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-three, to give bond and qualify as Sheriff of said county.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
