We understand Col. Imboden's Second Regiment of partisan Rangers was organized on the 15th instant, by the unanimous election of Major Geo. W. Imboden as Colonel, and the election of Captain D. Ed. Beall, of Hampshire, as Lieutenant-Colonel, and Captain A. Monroe (also of Hampshire) as Major. This regiment consists of ten full, well-mounted companies; all armed with rifles except two companies, who have carbines and doubled barreled shot guns.
