Rebel Spies. - Three rebel spies from Buckhannon were committed to the Atheneum on Tuesday. It is charged that they are soldiers of the so-called Confederate States, who found their way within our lines and were captured. Their names are D. N. Skidmore, Thomas Caddle and Charles Harrison.
