A Meeting at Parkersburg, held on the 16th inst., for the purpose of sending delegates to the Grafton State Convention requests us to copy their proceedings. The only proceeding in addition to naming a list of delegates to the Convention was the passage of the following resolution:

Resolved, By the convention that Arthur I. Boreman is the first and last choice of this county for the next Governor of the State.
